何文潮

 
何文潮博士任教于紐約大學﹐擔任紐約大學中文部負責人多年﹐是一位經驗豐富的漢語教師。來美前曾在中國南京大學教授國際學生中文﹐來美後在多所大學教授中國語言與文化。他是大紐約地區中文教師學會的首任會長。

王蒞文

 
王蒞文為耶魯大學語言學博士。自1990年起即執教於美國陸軍軍官學校(西點軍校)。現為該校副教授。王博士早年曾在台灣新竹華語學院及輔仁大學從事對外漢語教學工作。來美後曾任紐約佩斯(Pace)大學中美文化中心主任並致力於僑校漢語教學工作。不僅在週末擔任僑校教職並經常為漢語教師作有關漢語教學講習會。

宣樹錚

 

宣樹錚教授畢業于北京大學中文系﹐對中國古典文學和文字有很深的造詣。宣教授曾任蘇州大學中文系的系主任。現任中文雜誌《彼岸》的總編輯。
 

芮茵

 
 
芮茵从事第二语言教育和双语教育将近二十年,现任纽约市教育局英语学习者教学指导。她目前正攻读应用语言学博士学位,研究汉语作为第二语的教学模式。
 

黄兆旦

 
黄兆旦女士现任华美协进社儿童部主任。任职华美以前,黄女士曾在哥伦比亚大学东亚系和美国中弗罗里达大学国际语言中心担任助教,在奥兰多创立过一个周末中文学校。黄女士毕业于北大东方学系,获文学学士和硕士。现在她就读于哥伦比亚大学教育学院,是国际教育发展专业的博士研究生。
 

Spencer Wan

 
Mr. Spencer Wan is a Resource Specialist of Asian Language Bilingual Education Technical Assistance Center of New York City Dept of Education, a former Broad Member of Chinese Language Teachers of Greater New York, and a Language Delegate of New York State Association of Bilingual Education.

阮勇强

 
  勇强在市立高中任教已十余年。他热中于探索教育技在中文教中的应用。近年来他曾多次在全國性和州際教育會議中就有關中文教學中運用電腦技術作演講和舉辦講座在學區參与教師培訓。今年7, 分别在大理事会大预科年, 及香港城市大學國際中文教年上介绍了有关网络与電腦在中文教中的应用

陳東東

 

Dongdong Chen(陳東東) is an Assistant Prof., and Director of the Chinese Program at the Department of Asian Studies in Seton Hall University, New Jersey. She receives her Ph.D. in Linguistics from McGill University, Canada, and her M.A. in Applied Linguistics from Guangzhou Foreign Languages Institute, China. In the summers of 2003 and 2004, with the Faculty Innovative Grants from Seton Hall University, Dongdong designed and developed a web-based Chinese-learning program, which covers the textbook of Practical Chinese Reader (Book 1), and that of Integrated Chinese (Level 1 Part 1). She has published on the L2 acquisition of English psychological predicates, the L2 acquisition of Chinese reflexive, as well as a number of topics in theoretical and applied linguistics. Her recent publication includes the research on how to empower the teaching and learning of Chinese via computer technology, and how to teach American students using the task-based learning theory. Together with other colleagues, she has succeeded in helping her department create a new graduate component called Teaching Chinese Language and Culture. This track, starting in Fall 2006, aims at training students to become qualified Chinese-language teachers at the K-12 levels.

Dongdong was Co-President of American Chinese Professional Association from 2002 to 2003, a fellow of Leadership Somerset in 2003, and member of board of directors in Somerset County Asian-American Heritage Month Celebration Committee from 2003 to 2004. Currently she serves as Vice Chairman of New Jersey Chinese Cultural Studies Foundation.

藍易申

 

    藍易申教授畢業于北京大學西方語言文學系,曾任中國科技大學中國科學院德語教學中心教授。目前任教于紐約大學教育系。
 

李戎真

 
 
      李戎真 Li, Rongzhen, Chinese Teacher at Yale University East Asian Languages & Literatures Department. She has been working at Yale for four years and now she is in charge of the Advanced Modern Chinese Course. Rongzhen holds a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language and Literature, and a master’ degree in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language. She taught at Princeton in Beijing for two summers, first as a drill section teacher, then as a master section teacher. Before she came to USA, she was the Chinese language course supervisor of IES (Institute for the International Education of Students) Beijing program.
 

鲍承模

 

    鲍承模在市教育局任职多年,从2003年起担任人事部助理,执行教师招聘,执照审核等任务,并参与纽约州教师执照考试和阅卷工作。

      李克立

 

      Chris Livaccari teaches the Chinese and Japanese languages at the College of Staten Island High School for International Studies, where he also co-advises the Model United Nations program.  He serves on the board of directors of the Chinese Language Teachers Association of Greater New York, and is currently working with a small team of teachers on Chinese for Tomorrow, a new textbook and CD-ROM series for beginning learners to be published in early 2007.  His classes have been featured on NBC’s Today Show and Brazil’s TV Globo.  Chris is a former U.S. Foreign Service Officer and was the Deputy Director of the Tokyo American Center at the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo, Japan from 2000-2002, in addition to postings in Shanghai, China and Okinawa, Japan.  His latest essay, “Of Emptiness, Nothingness, and Asymptotic Freedom,” appears in the Spring 2006 issue of the literary journal AGNI

姬建国

 
  姬建国,长期从事外语教学和外语教师培训工作;美国哥伦比亚大学应用语言学博士;纽约市立大学外语/亚洲研究教授;城市学院/亚文中心“美国中文教师证书培训班”特聘应用语言学教授。语言教学方面的研究及成果包括:外语教学法,跨文化语言教学,课堂上的外语习得,外语教学大纲的设计评估,海外中文教学。
